URGENT ACCOUNT RECOVERY!!!!

mod aman was able to confirm my 16 year old account is in the database thru appeal ticket but when i submit an account recovery, it was denied immediately saying the username is not found. I then submited 3x more tickets that were answered by 3x other mods and they all denied the ticket but didnt give any reason.

i messaged mod aman thru email reply and explained to him everything but he still hasnt replied in over a week. I just submitted another reply to him.

my long lost 2nd main account im recovering is robin_pan2. This account was hacked and probably got its name changed which epxlains why hes not in hiscores, and that prob also explains why all other mods and recovery program denied it.

not sure what else to do atm but someone plz send my request to mod aman or another mod who can recover my account.

If 4 JMods have denied your recovery instantly it does mean that your information was 'wrong' multiple ways and Jagex/JMods are not going to 'deal/elaborate in account information'.

These forums are not a way to bypass any regular Player Support system/queue nor are it ways to 'guess your way around' for account information.

If you wanna have a more serious approach, do not use a VPN but an 'open way of communication without 'security walls' so Jagex/JMods can verify to whom they are talking to, make sure you use that device you always are playing RuneScape with.
Make sure you attempt to recover the right account.

"Username not found" means you have submitted the wrong login in the recovery.
Are you getting the same error message each time?
If so, you need to use the tools on the Forgotten login support page to identify the correct login. I recommend using the 'Contact Us' button on that page.

It is quite common with really old accounts to mis-remember the login username.
You need to get the login right before you can start the recovery process.

are you trying to recover via the Display Name (currently visible username) or from the Login Name / Email of the account? Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?
