hello.

im write from another mail and account for my ironman acc i have a problem my account have a changed mail adresse i look in my mail after fast i find in deleted post from where is hacked account but I did not know that the fasting account was deleted i have a screen shoot from where is hacked ip server now how i can get my account back pff no password no email i kknow just a name ing of account is not changed and i talk with one mod in game he try me i cant help you

im very sad please can any contact me and help mei have a proof.

If the hijacker has managed to change the password and registered email of your account it means they have access to your email.
You need to secure your email. Change its password and set a 2-step verification on it to protect it from unauthorised access.

Then you need to do a 'recovery' on your RuneScape account.
Start on the Reset password support page and follow the instructions under 'If you don't have access to your account' .

You need to prove that you created the account.

Thank you very much, I got my email account back, but can you tell me how I can prove that this account is mine, I have some proofs, but I don't know where to paste them, can you tell me how to make an appeal or how it goes through your system, because this is the first time this has happened to me and I don't have an account I had a safe answer, please, and best regards

To start an appeal, go to the Reset password support page and follow the instructions under "If you don't have access to your account".
Read those instructions carefully, in particular instruction number 3.
"Follow the prompts and ~~check your email inbox for a password reset email~~
Press 'contact Jagex support' if you don't have access to the registered email"
You will need to click on the 'contact Jagex support' hyperlink to be taken to the recovery form.

Replies to account recovery can take up to 24 hours to arrive.
If you get a deny, read the reasons for the deny then use those reasons to improve your next attempt and keep trying.

i made this ticket 2x in 24h but i not have repond just from jagex support but i not understand this i make suspicious account activity but i have 2x massage from jagex support in mail how many time i need wait for final reply tnx.

If Jagex/JMods did let you know said account is locked due to 'suspicious account activity' it will mean you do need to prove that you are the owner/creator of said account otherwise you will not have access.
