Since I now have control over this other account, I have started the process to get that account deleted so I can return to logging in to my account using my email. I would also like to mention that at the time this issue first appeared, I took immediate action and contacted support because I had also apparently been hacked. I lost approximately 318m gp (all the gp I had on my account) as well as all of my runes (I do not know the exact numbers of these, I just know it was a lot, probably at lest several hundred of each f2p rune though for most it was several thousand). When I was finally able to get in touch with support, they told me they could not return any of the items I lost as they could not find that I ever had them to begin with on their records. I do not know what kind of bs that was about, but it pissed me off and made me lose almost all my trust in the support center. I have since been lucky as others in-game who I told my problem to gave me over 200m gp to help me recover. It does not cover everything I lost, but its a start, and I have since gotten over 300m gp again. I am still very angry about the seeming complete lack of sympathy from the support center and I am assuming I might get a similar response to this current issue.
