Hi,
On my Ironman account, i last played about a month ago, was swamp lizard netting.
Logged in a few days back and it was saying I needed to enter an Authenticator which I have never set up.
Managed to disable that again, logged in to see myself in castle wars with all my items stored in my bank and there fore Ironman status disabled.

Any way of me getting more info on what happened?
All my items seem to still be there…

Hey, XentaraIron.

You should follow the tips, suggestions and instructions found in the Security tips Support article. This will allow you to have improved security settings and keep potential hijackers out of your account.

Also, check if you have any linked accounts, which allows you (or a hijacker, for that matter) to log in without having to use either the password or Authenticator. If you do have linked accounts, ensure that they are completely secured. If you see unrecognized linked accounts, remove them immediately.

If you do, ensure that they are completely secured by following the instructions on the Security tips Support page for Google's 2-Step Verification; Apple's two-factor authentication; or Steam Guard:
