How do I get in contact with Jagex with a appeal about a involvement about serious rule breaking? Account is suspended and non appealable or at least not able to login and says there are no ban appeals or anything else.

The only way to check if the account can appeal is to check the 'Account Status' tab in account management.

Sadly, if it says in there the offence is unappealable, there is no way to get Jagex to change their mind about the ban.
