Hi please could I get some help from a mod, my account was stolen in 2021 around august time, I couldn’t get the email back registered to it either, iv recently just managed to get it back 3-4 weeks ago and it is now perm banned for macro with a denied appeal I didn’t even submit an appeal and the marco ban was 100% not by me as I play mobile only time I use pc is for quests, I’m just asking if you could review the account please anything to help I really miss playing and spent a heck of a lot of time getting my account to where is was at, I just can’t bring myself to start all over for something that I didn’t even do :(

I am not sure we can help as we are all just players in here.

The key thing about appeals is that Jagex needs to see clear evidence that the account was hijacked at the time of the offence. If the appeal for your account was denied, it means that evidence wasn't there.

Don't give up hope completely. Whenever Jagex upgrades the Appeal System, a fresh appeal chance is often added to accounts. Jagex have added fresh appeals more than once in the past six years.

Ok but is it possible for a jagex mod to take a look at this please No, they are unlikely to take a look at this because you have already used the correct method to try to have the ban checked. As Malua advised above, just stay vigilant for any possible future opportunities.
