Hey, eKizzye.

The best thing that you can do right now is to completely secure your account. If you haven't already done so, it's recommended to upgrade your current account to a Jagex Account .

Jagex Accounts allow for better passwords because they are case-sensitive and symbols may be used; the Jagex Launcher (which is needed to use Jagex Accounts) is protected against brute-force attacks; email notifications are sent to you every time there is a new device login and when account changes are made; 2-Step Verification (authenticator app or email or both) is mandatory; and they have improved recovery, meaning, if you lose access to either of the 2-Step Verification methods OR both, you are allowed to use the Backup Codes to log in.

Please remove your offer to email others for their help. Giving out your personal contact details can put both yourself and your account security at risk, Additionally, providing your contact details or asking asking for those details from others is against the Rules of RuneScape .

ASKING FOR OR PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION

You must not ask any other player for their personal details and you must not provide your personal details to another player if they ask for them.

‘Personal details’ means information that can be used to find or contact you in the real world. This includes:

- Full name
- Email addresses <-
- Telephone numbers
- Home address
- Your age if you are under 18
- Any other information that could be used to contact or locate you



Giving out personal details may affect the security of your game account or risk your own personal safety. Unfortunately, you can’t trust everyone you meet online, and some people will lie about who they are when you can’t see them face to face.

Very rarely some adults will lie about their real age, gender or other things because they have an unhealthy interest in attempting to contact or meet younger people in the real world and may want to harm them. The only way to stay safe and be sure you are not putting yourself at risk is to not provide any personal information to anyone you meet online.


As you see you must not ask or give away any of a players 'private information' and as such I 'advise against/discourage' others to answer the OP's request to send them an email or seeking contact with the OP.
