Why am I on totourial island?

I have a free to play account. I got a laptop, linked to a jagex account.
Now when I try to login to this same e-mail account on mobile i'm sitting on totourial island...?
When I login on the stand alone client on laptop account is still there.

BTW, all this enchanced security on both RS and everywhere is stupid. It doesn't prevent hackers, it literally makes it harder for people to get into their own accounts... thx

I suspect you didn't log in to the mobile client through your Jagex Account login email (even though you think you are using the same email).

Try fully logging out of the Tutorial Island character on your mobile, then logging in again via your Jagex Account login credentials.
