hi, after coming back from a long break, i upgrade my account today to the Jagex Account (Beta).
I had 3 x Characters connected to my email, but only 1 x shows up when i click "Import" , the others totally gone, even from hi-scores. That is even though on 26 March i received an email from Jagex that the other accounts still associated to my email.
The Characters which are gone:
1. Storm Ape
2. Sri Ratu
What to do? Greatly appreciated. thank you

Being associated with your email just means they all have the same email as their registered email.
You have to log into each account with its unique login/password to be able to link and each account will have its own unique login that you have always used.
