This is kinda my last hope but my boyfriend got perma muted 2 days ago on his ironman which has over 80+, hours his username is - raheeb. He's has had his main account since 2008 and even has a 3 letter name ( 0CK) and over 150 days played which most people would pay for irl. This past week alone he helped all his friends (5 people) create ironmans and buy them memberships so they could play together after waiting 15 years for his friends , the following morning after doing Wintertodt with 2 friends he found out he was muted. Despite his first offence being in 2014 and his second offense in 2021, there wasn't a follow up warning prior to the 3nd offense reminding him it'll be his last strike. I used to hate osrs but once i watched him play days on end he helped me make an account and got me my membership too not my total levels like 400 all because he's taught me everything i know. This game bring him joy and peace since its been there so long, and to have it taken away is making his very depressed so much so he doesn't even want to turn on his pc. If a jmod could look into this please please please I'm very worried about my boyfriend.
