So I did everything you said and provided allt he information the forums tells us to provide it with, all the payments ips, ip, postal code, passwords, account creation, and previous usernames. The moment I'm sending the apply I'm getting a email with the following text:
PASSWORD RESET
DENIED

With a link to "More Info" The moment I'm clicking the more info button I'm getting send to the page where this is written:
DENIED
A member of our Player Support staff has carefully reviewed your appeal and unfortunately, your appeal has been denied.
Here's some feedback to help you understand why this decision has been made.
We're going to need some additional information regarding previous passwords that have been set on the account. To help us in our investigation, please send us:
Your creation password
The earliest password you can remember
The password you've had for the longest
Send us another appeal with the above information, including as much other information as you can remember and this should greatly help us consider any future appeals.
I did send that within information box, but how is it possible that in 2 minutes a "member of the player support" Reviewed my appeal and denied it? Is my appeal even being taken care of, or is it deposited into the automatic system dump place? Because if the information box is being read, I would gotten my account back 7 days ago.
Please help me because I'm doing everything I'm told to do and Litterly giving all the evidence needed!
