So My account got locked when I was doing Hespori because of suspicious activity, now I'm trying to get my account back but I'm not getting emails from the progression of the appeal.

I'm providing Jagex with:
- previous account usename
- previous password ( only switched between 2 passwords so dont have a third one)
- The exact date my account has been made.
- The phone number my authenticator is on
- email my amazon prime is linked to
- Always buying bonds with osrs money but gave the email of my paypal aswell

But still its getting rejected, What can i do now? I'm litterly the owner and there is no one else that can get the authenticator code then me!
Is there a way to provide pictures

It is simple to unlock an account with access to the registered email. If you aren't receiving the password reset email (unlock email), work through the points on the Not receiving emails support page then try the unlock process again.
If the unlock email still does not arrive, you will need to do a recovery and set a new email on the account.
It is possible Jagex is rejecting your email as they believe it is compromised.
Change the password to your email and set up a 2-step verification on it to prevent unauthorised access.

If you end up needing to do a recovery, don't submit the last used password as it cannot be used after the account being locked. So, if the account only ever had two passwords, submit the other one.
I recommend in future that you use a minimum of four different passwords on your account (excluding the compromised one).

The way to succeed at account recovery is to prove you created the account.
Re: your list above. The last three items in your list cannot be used in recovery as Jagex cannot check them. You need to provide information that Jagex can check:
Creation month/year - Creation location - Creation ISP - Creation password - early Payment information (but not in-game purchases)
Ask your family to help as they might remember the Creation ISP.

So I did everything you said and provided allt he information the forums tells us to provide it with, all the payments ips, ip, postal code, passwords, account creation, and previous usernames. The moment I'm sending the apply I'm getting a email with the following text:

PASSWORD RESET
DENIED

Isekai Life, we have received a request to reset the password for your RuneScape and Old School RuneScape account.

Unfortunately, your password request has been denied. For more information on why your request has been denied, please click on the button below.


With a link to "More Info" The moment I'm clicking the more info button I'm getting send to the page where this is written:

DENIED
A member of our Player Support staff has carefully reviewed your appeal and unfortunately, your appeal has been denied.

Here's some feedback to help you understand why this decision has been made.

We're going to need some additional information regarding previous passwords that have been set on the account. To help us in our investigation, please send us:

Your creation password
The earliest password you can remember
The password you've had for the longest
Send us another appeal with the above information, including as much other information as you can remember and this should greatly help us consider any future appeals.


I did send that within information box, but how is it possible that in 2 minutes a "member of the player support" Reviewed my appeal and denied it? Is my appeal even being taken care of, or is it deposited into the automatic system dump place? Because if the information box is being read, I would gotten my account back 7 days ago.

Please help me because I'm doing everything I'm told to do and Litterly giving all the evidence needed!

An instant deny is a bad sign. :(
Account recovery starts with a computer check.
The computer check is there to weed out the forms that stand no chance of success.
This will be due to one of the following reasons:
* you have the wrong login (mis-identifying the account)
* no correct old passwords have been submitted
* you are submitted from the wrong country (have to submit from the creation country)
* you are submitting while using a VPN (don't use a VPN during recovery)
* the login is correct but the information is severely lacking or left missing off the form

Checking the login:
Do you recognise the display name Isekai Life in the reply email?
If that is correct, you have the right login. If it isn't correct, try the tools on the Forgotten login support page to try to identify the correct login.

Passwords:
If you are getting that reason, you will have to submit both your passwords.
This is why only ever having two passwords is a bad idea when one of them becomes compromised. :( The account can become unrecoverable if you can't supply enough acceptable passwords. :(

Creation country and VPN are pretty self-explanatory

Severely lacking information:
If passwords are the only reason being given, this last reason might not be relevant.

The information box does not get looked at until your form passes the computer check.

Passwords are a very big thing in account recovery. No correct passwords (or no acceptable passwords) means an instant deny. This is why I recommend players put through several password changes so they have a minimum of four passwords.

Is there a way to let a employe look at it, I'm 90% sure it was created without a vpn but because every apply gets instant denied, im nog sure any more.

I'm one of the leaders of our clan with around the 200 members in it, I got plenty hours spend in the game and finnaly got a 1.5b bank. What means I invested a great amount of time and energy in this game and hoping for the right support. Its clear that I'm the owner of my account, otherwise I woudnt spent so much energy in trying to get my account unlocked.
Greatly because i didnt cheat or anything, and just played by the rules of the game, I'm hoping that there will be looked at my apply and the evidence i provided, because I'm clearly not "Weed` I woudnt mind paying a small fee for the time spended in looking at my apply aswell.

I´m a serious player and Doing everything to get my account back. I really enjoy this game and dont see it happening that i Have to spend the months already invested in all the achievements en lvls I managed to get.

So from the bottom of my heart Í'm hoping ur able to pass this trough one of the mods that can actually overlook my apply because i'm a 100 certain when they read my information they can see I'm the legitimed owner.

@Obesity Hero, the earliest of account information is what counts.
There are no 'special treatments' and there's 'no need for wealth' to get you passed checks, Jagex/JMods have put in place to determine if you are the owner of said account.
Jagex/JMods have helped you so far, Malua has helped you so far, so please don't be foolish thinking that you are able to persuade people into making your case special above that of other players.
