i was doing zulrah on my 1 def iron/has mas with bowfa, etc...got kicked off and checked the status of my account to find it was ban for macroing? i wasnt botting and had no reason to with the stats or items i have. I've seen people on reddit complain about false bans and idk where else to go. the user is Owo Jordan

You knew the risk thus checked your status and found out being banned. Nothing can be done than clean your computer of all cheats and download '

just because you were banned while doing something doesnt mean that was the thing you were banned for. bans dont happen asap.

your items and stats have also no relevance on if you will bot or not...

Hey, Uwu Jordan.

First of all, you should read the Third Party Clients Update news article. This will inform you of Jagex's stance on third-party clients and their rules/regulations that must be followed in order to avoid a ban. You are basically reading what add-ons Jagex frowns upon and if utilized by a player, they run the risk of getting banned. Make sure that no illegal add-ons were used.

Secondly, you ought to follow Tren's advice avoid and appeal the ban, if you haven't already done so, by heading to the Appeal an offence Support article. Please note that 1) this is only meant to be utilized once and 2) the only way the ban will be removed is if Jagex can find conclusive evidence that someone else was in control of your account at the time of the rule-breaking occurrence. Other than that, if you have already appealed and a response was sent, then that's the final decision for that account.

Finally, you aren't necessarily banned for the actions that you are completing at the time the ban is added. Macroing bans aren't "instant", which means that they take time to investigate and are primarily done in batches. You can be literary standing and you can be logged out and banned.
