banned for 3rd party client

I just recieved a 2 day ban on my main for using a botting/3rd party client. I wasn't botting and I only use the normal osrs client provided by jagex. This has happened before on another account and now on my main. I'm seeing a lot of other people experiencing the same issue. Doesn't really make sense to be banned for botting when you weren't botting?

Those are both separate bans; 3rd party client, and macroing or bot busting. Which one are you seeing in your account status, or do you see both?

There are some bans that are appealable (macroing/bot busting), so if that's the one you're seeing, you should have the option to click "Appealable" and wait for a reply up to 10 days. If it's the other, and says "Unappealable", then I'm afraid there's nothing more you can do. Original message details are unavailable.
I'm seeing a lot of other people experiencing the same issue. Users who break the rules aren't likely to want to admit to doing so, the bans are manually placed and thoroughly reviewed beforehand.

@LlGERFLYER, receiving a 2 day ban is a severe warning-ban from Jagex/JMods to stop breaking the Rules of RuneScape and/or Terms & Conditions set by Jagex/JMods.

' is what prevents you from being banned. Also the use of plugins, most of them are prohibited, so be careful of choices you make.
The use of playermade scripts or use of programmable hardware is prohibited and can get you banned instantly.

I received a Perma ban on my old main account because of supposed botting when the original RuneScape apps came out on phone I used to work on a delivery truck and rode passenger a lot, so I had a lot of free time while traveling.
