Posting for a friend who doesn't have access to their account.

Hello! having a bit of an issue, i forgot my password and my original email i log into was changed to send emails to another email and neither of them can be accessed anymore for seperate reasons, i tried to send a ticket but i put my email in and they are sending it to it, so i wont be able to respond. i can't place another ticket until that one has been received so i'm just taking a shot in the dark

As long as you know the login, you can start a recovery.
A recovery means you supply enough information to prove that YOU created the account and then Jagex will allow you to set a new registered (contact) email and password.

To start a recovery, go to the Change registered email support page and follow the instructions under "If you don't have access to the registered email" .
Follow those instructions carefully, particularly #2 Choose 'contact Jagex support' when prompted . That is the instruction that gets you through to the recovery form.

The top two boxes of the recovery form asks you to submit a new email to be the new registered email. Don't mistake that and type in the old email in those boxes!
