My main of 22 years and 10 alts got permanently banned on Saturday to Macro Major.

I have never macroed in my life and I play all accounts manually. All accounts are linked via the new Jagex accounts.

Here's the thing, I appealed ALL bans and all were lifted but 1. My main and 9 alts got unbanned but one alt did not.

All 10 alts do the same content, all are played manually, how can 9 be unbanned but one not be overturned? they are all doing the same thing with the same gear, same loadout and played on the same pc, same clients everything.

Please help

If you appealed your bans than the decision made is final and there's nothing else anyone can do about said ban.

Your appeal wasn't covincing enough for Jagex/JMods to lift all bans. There's no help possible.
