Linked account, Cant log in?

I dont remember what it's called but I "linked" this account (it's my only one so far) and now I can't log in.

Logged out, made a Jagex account, and now I can't log in with my email and password. The Jagex account login/pass is the same as my character login/pass. Wtf am I supposed to log in with?

Account Recovery after incorrect login info has hit me with: "Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please check the login or email address you entered is correct, or try again later" for over 24 hours now.

I can log in here and have to access my email to confirm each time. Can I play the fuckin game?

Hey, Wheres Neive.

Once you upgrade to a Jagex Account, your old login details become obsolete/useless. You will now need to log in using the NEW details that you selected when you upgraded to the Jagex Account. To ensure that the process is flawless, you must log out completely from the Jagex Launcher and log in again. This will ensure that the system picks up the new upgrade.

The new details were the same e-mail and password as the old one. And the webpage that comes up from the "forgotten your password?" on the launcher failed every time.

I can use the e-mail and password to log in here (have been logged out multiple times) but I still can't log in on the launcher.

But I used the password changer on the Account Manager page to change it to what it already is, so hopefully that fixes it by the time I come back from errands

You need to fully log out of your Launcher then re-start it.
Try closing it down through Task Manager.
