false RWT perma banned Thread is locked

Dear sir/madam,

I logged in into my account a few days ago and saw that I’m PERMA banned for RWT reason but I never did that after the warning. It is not appealable and I cant see the evidences aswell, so I really couldn't make a ticket or reaching you guys to defend myself, I want to justify myself and want to see why this is the case. I have really worked hard on my account and spend 3000+ hours on it.

I was searching on how to reach the support and get contact with you guys so I've tweeted jagexsupport and they didn't give me a clear answer and I respectfully went on asking and eventually made a new tweet because they didn't react on my tweets anymore. So I hopped on reddit to try there aswell. I even contacted discord moderators, and still no aswer..

I feel so heart broken right now and I really dont know what to do.

I really want my account back, I already miss it now

I hope on answer as soon as possible.

I am sorry but RWT bans cannot be appealed.
There is no pathway you can use to contact Jagex once the decision has been made.

RWT investigations can take time, they go deep into the web of account transactions.
While you say you stopped after the warning, the decision to apply a permanent ban may have been made after further investigation of your account activity in the time before the warning.
Jagex do this sometimes. They apply a temporary ban but later on, after further investigation, decide to up the punishment to a permanent ban.

you guys should give me a true warning and that moment you should judge me, not while you guys are investigating what was happened in the past. and at least give me temporary ban so that im fully aware of the situation because this is really chaotic for me.

I forgot to say that I got multiple warnings in my inbox while I didn't do nothing at the first warning.

When you decided to make an account, to take part into RuneScape and The RuneScape Community, made by Jagex/JMods, you '

You have been given a ton of warnings ...

20+ Years Jagex/JMods have been warning/communicating to all players to stay away from RWT as punishment will be harsh because of said devistating effect RWT has on Jagex/RuneScape/RuneScape Community.

RWT is, and always has been, against the Rules of Runescape - rules you agree to by the act of playing the game.

This means that if caught, you will be banned, not that you will only be banned after getting a warning, or that you deserve a warning, or that you should expect NOT to get banned when you clearly admit to RWT'ing.

Claiming that you were "falsely" banned is simply incorrect.

Frankly, you're lucky that all your associated accounts (like the one you're posting from) weren't banned as well.

I did but I didn't know it was rule breaking, but the part that I get warning like twice in a row while I did nothing at the first is questionable. also that I get perma banned instantly is questionable aswell. I just dont understand the delays of the warnings and eventually ending up being instantly perma banned. while I quitted a long time ago...

Jagex/JMods are always on the search for catching real world traders and these investigations are always ongoing making sure Jagex/JMods are getting a more clear picture of the network where people busy themselves with real world trading.
If you do pop-up on their radar Jagex/JMods do keep searching how it all is connected to your account and it is a 'courtesy' of Jagex/JMods to inform you with a warning, in the past warnings, but after '1' warning getting caught again means final, without any delay or discussion.
Quit or not quitting, if your account is actively involved Jagex/JMods will take your account down once they have enough evidence against your account to permanent banning it forever.
