second time i got hacked

I got hacked for the second time after i reset my pc and reinstalled my windows. He bypassed my password, authenticator, even bank pin. If jagex is able to check my trade history its gonna be the last guy i traded with.
Its not fun to play anymore when this happens. Any suggestions?
