Tried several days now to make the jagex account and no joy - the email does not arrive, yet any other email does arrive (even others from jagex ...)

I wish I would have read the forms before I changed to a Jagex account. The issue I am seeing is that I cannot log in now.

In Jagex Launcher, I put in my email address. I then enter the password for the Jagex account. And Jagex Launcher says it is wrong. So I tried twice changing the password, but it still Jagex Launcher will not let me log in.

However, I can log into runescape.com without issues.

I guess I will not be able to play runescape until I figure out how to log in with Jagex Launcher.

I figured out what my issue was. I had to use a different email address to my Jagex Account. I can now log in and play runescape again.
