It might be possible that your account, in the very past, has been cleared of all 'hijacking labour' done to your account, cleared by Jagex/JMods.
Nevertheless, restoring your account is a bit easier than in the past so you'll be up and running in no time even with items as prices at the Grand Exchange might surprise you in a positive way.
