Hello,

I logged in on my account "Grocksten" and has been reseted. I appear at the tutorial.

What happened?

The only different thing is that now I logged in from a macbook. Does that have something to do with the reset?

Can someone explain to me?

You need to log into RS3 to find your account progress as you remember.
OSRS is a new game, uploaded to the website in 2013.
Your Grocksten account is much older and has only ever played the main game, which is now known as RS3.

While the same login will get you access to both games, you create and train a character separately in each.

When I want to launch the Jagex launcher, it doesn't launch. It stays on a white screen.

Why?
