Being hacked twice most likely means that there is a hole in your computer's security which is leading to the compromising of you account (such as a trojan). I would highly suggest reading through the RuneScape Support

on ways to secure your device and your account. It is paramount that you have basic security features enabled such as Authenticator, a registered email address, and strong password to prevent these hacks from occurring, along with having a secure computer.
Also be sure that there are no linked accounts to the account that has been compromised. If it remains linked and the hacker has access to the third-party account, then it is possible for them to retain control of your account without having access to the login credentials. Please be sure to check this under the
Accounts
section of the RuneScape Official Website in the top-right corner, and under
Linked Accounts
, remove any that there may be.
