Hello,
A few years ago I got back in osrs and two years ago I got my 19 year old account back. I currently have membership on my 19 year old account but I was itching to play a bit of osrs. I didn't want to double dip on memberships so I wasn't sure if I could have my osrs moved over to my older account so I can to my older account. That way its under one membership and I could play both versions of rs whenever. I had placed a ticket on this yesterday and hadn't heard back on it yet.

I was just trying to make things simpler for myself and I was trying to avoid starting over again on osrs since I already had most of my stats in the mid 80s and higher 70s.
