The solution is simple since runelite got my alt account banned consider removing it from the offical runescape website (
The prior issue with RuneLite was that players were downloading fraudulent copies of it and thus, were victims of getting their accounts hijacked and/or banned . To try to remedy this concern, Jagex added a direct link to download RuneLite; however, as it has always been, it came with a warning and the warning has been shared above with you.
Usually, players are caught using an add-on or add-ons that they believe is safe to use; however, it's the contrary. That's why the use of third-party software has always come with a warning:
