Can anyone Jagex help me plea

I am highly upset from what happened to me about an hour ago. one of my alts I just created this morning was permabanned for macroing I do not use any third party program to play this game I use the official Jagex Launcher I bought a year of premier, 15 keys, and 10 bonds. I sold the bonds on the GE for around 70 - 71 million each. I bought tons of resources to be able to level my character faster. I think I only have around 100 million left out of the 700million. I raised my crafting up with portable crafters and gems I bought. I bought ore and put it in Buthrope smeltery, went back to get some more ore I missed, some food, and portable ranges . I went through the NW agility short cut like I always do from the GE and was headed back to the fort to do some cooking. I stopped to kill a black Knight or two to get a little mage xp and the screen goes black and I get logged out. when I logged back in it said I was perma banned for macroing.

I personally clicked on every spot I played today. The only thing i used was the loadout system in the bank to get the gems out faster. I just do not understand why or How I was flagged for macroing

I do not know how to even defend from this I just spent around 200.00 today on my new character I live on a limited income of 800.00 a month I cant afford to just throw away the account that I was playing by the rules with.

I put in an appeal but I am not that good at explaining things So i don't know what I wrote will help me or hurt me all I could say I was not cheating, and I was not botting or using macros but they probably hear that all the time.

PLEASE HELP

PLEASE HELP As you did admit, deleting/erasing that feedback quickly, you did use an advantage to get your gems out faster.

There is no need to further explain your innocence as all the information and evidence that Jagex requires to make a decision is already gathered digitally within your account.

It's currently taking up to 10 days to get a response to a ban appeal ( Appeal an offence ) and this target response time may or may not be affected by this: Delayed response times .
