Can't claim Premium Benefits

Recently got a monthly subscription to premium, yet I cannot claim any of the benefits in Upgrades & Extra's -> Benefits & Upgrades.

If I try and access any benefits here, it states I need to get premium (which I already have).

When accessing customisations I also cannot equip any premium items/pets.

How can I fix this? Even after killing all active sessions and signing back in I have the same issue

Premier Membership is an annual subscription. You pay once per year.
If you are paying monthly, you don't have Premier.

You can check exactly what you are paying for by logging into 'My Account' at the top of this page and clicking on 'Manage Your Subscriptions' -> 'View by Account' . In there you will see exactly what type of membership subscription you have.
