You have to be more specific about why you wanna attempt to contact Jagex/JMods in person because that way people in here might send you in the right direction.

We are all players in here.
The only way to contact Jagex admins is to use the contact points in the Support Centre
All we can do is refer you to a particular contact point if we know what the issue is.
