Hello,
I’ve submitted multiple appeals to retrieve my OSRS account back, C O E U R. Requests keep getting auto denied, even though I have provided plenty information.
I can’t log into the account because I lost access to gmail that it’s on. My old phone got water damaged so I no longer have access to the recovery F2A (google).
If you search old IP addresses on myself and this account, you should see it’s registered under it.
Other accounts I’ve had that have literally almost all the same name comparable to the email addresses I’ve used:

I now live in Germany, and I have moved from South Carolina, prior to that I was in Wisconsin. I have provided my bank information and cards.
Please let me know what other information you need. Just want to play.

I am sorry but a recovery sent from the wrong country will always fail.

RuneScape accounts don't travel well. The only way they travel is with the original Authenticator (2FA), set in the home country and still accessible.
If you have lost access to the Authenticator you need access to the registered email.
Try to recover access to your gmail: Can't access email

Is there no way this can be elevated? I am willing to provide military orders stating that I am in Germany for another two years. It seems a bit unfair that I would have to travel and pay $$$ to go to the states to just try and access an account. If my phone didn’t get water damaged, it wouldn’t be a problem.. I just don’t see another way around this.

Is there no way this can be elevated? When it comes to account recovery, no.
Jagex are very strict about account recovery. They have to be. The floodgates would open on fake claims otherwise.

It is extremely important that players maintain an accessible email registered with their RuneScape account.
The email holds the front door keys to your account.
It isn't so much a problem that you have lost your Authenticator as that can always be solved by email. It is a huge problem that you have lost access to the linked email.
Have you tried to recover access (or re-create) the email?
