Hacked account, please help.

My account was hacked a few months ago by the name "cheddarsito", I have submitted recovery after recovery with previous passwords and I've even sent in the appeal bio to check what location the account was played on and it will show my location, I have no clue what else to do or who else to reach out to, this account had been in the works for years and now I dont have any help from any Jmods looking into this, all I want is for someone to deeply look into this and tell me this account does not truly belong to me, in the end you will see all the evidence that it is truly my account, please email me at the previous email the acc was set on or I can set up a new email.

going thru recovery is only option you really have at this point.

make sure you are identifiying the account correctly.

how long does a deny show up? The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

To succeed at recovery, you need to prove that you created the account , not that you have had access to it.

The important information is the creation information: Creation month/year - Creation location - Creation ISP - Creation (or another very early) password - earliest Payment information
How are you going with the creation information? Can you ask family members to help you remember information e.g. the Creation ISP?

If the account is an old account, recent information will have little value.

Do you know how the hijacker stole the account?
Have you checked the security of your email? Maybe recover the account to a different email.

I figured it wouldn't be of help...i've had the account for years, I guess this is common practice for players to just lose accounts like this...I have nothing else to say, figured it would go this way. I am sorry you are so despondent about the advice you have received in here.
We are not JMods and recovery JMods do not post or reply to account recovery threads.
Account recovery has to be done via the recovery form and you always get a reply giving the reasons why if the recovery is unsuccessful.

Account recovery is all about proving that you created the account as accounts can only ever belong to the player that created them.
If another player takes over an account they didn't create, they are wasting their time on an account they will ultimately lose access to.
