Hi

I am having issues signing to redeem a bond for membership.

I recently starting playing RS again and this "new" jagex launcher now means I no longer have to remember my password.

However now that I need to redeem a bond passcode, I need to login for this.

Long story short, I have access to membership billings dating back to 2007, although this account is actually older than that.

Can someone help me recover my password. When i request i the normal way the automated system denies me straight away because I don't know answers to questions dating back over 18 years.

Can I request a jagex worker please manually confirms my details please.

If you have access to the registered email of your account, you just need to request a Password Reset. < click that link for the instructions.
The recovery form is only needed if you no longer have access to the registered email.
