Hey, my friends runescape account got hacked and imported to a jagex account. When he tries to recover the account it says invalid username. Not sure how to recover his account. Making this forum post on his behalf

^posting these links for anyone coming here about hacked accounts this may help

now that its with a jagex account, it will probably be 10x harder to get back, due to the security for jag account being a lot better.

either way you can recover an account from a forum post, they will have to contact jagex.
