I am the parent of a young man with mild intellectual disability. He is a long time Runescape player - loves the game. He has got himself into difficulty with login. From what I can work out there seems to be confusion between different accounts and/or characters on different devices. He is only able to sign into Old School RS on his desktop computer, but he is able to use RS3 on his mobile phone and laptop. We cannot work out what he has done wrong. So I am asking if someone could help me to sort out his account so that all his characters are accessible under one account registered in the same email address. I have been trying for weeks to sort this out. I have contacted Jagex Support but nobody has responded. I recently renewed his annual subscription (automatic renewal) but am unsure what level of access it permits. Any assistance you can give me with this will be greatly appreciated. MC
