when you try to recover account, you dont hear back?

make sure you are looking in correct email and then make sure you check out the

"not receiving emails" in the support section.

Hey Its been like 40 hours And No answear at all , Į havent made Any mistakes by recovering, Im thinking the hacker puts on the acc jagex laucher And thats why Im not able to recover ? But I have proofs everything that the account owner is me . Who Can help me :(

If the hijacker has imported the account into a Jagex Account, you would see this error message when you entered the login: "Please enter a valid email address or username"

If you are not seeing that error message and can proceed into account recovery, it means your login is still valid.

The top of the recovery form asks you to enter an email that Jagex can reply to you on. You are then asked to re-type that email in the second top box.
You must enter an email you have access to in those boxes.
No reply after 24 hours usually means an incorrect or typo'd email was entered in those boxes.

I recommend you try the recovery process again and make sure you are entering an accessible email in those boxes.
Also, work through the troubleshooting on the Not receiving emails support page.
