Hello - My main account "Spoil" has been permanently muted back in 2018.

I remember before I got permanently muted, I had a temp mute that I appealed. The mute was without evidence and the appeal was successful and the mute got removed from the account.

A few days later I was permanently muted "on recurring offences". I had no in between offences. I tried to appeal the permanent mute back in 2018 with no luck. Both mutes were manual and with no evidence attached.

I've played the game since around 2005 on different accounts, and I would love to be able to communicate in-game with some of the lifelong friends I have made along the way.

I would like to know if another appeal would be possible or at least get to know what the offence was. I would also highly appreciate if a Jagex employee would like to take a second look into the mute.

If you have already appealed and it was denied, I'm afraid that there is nothing else to do for this account at the moment. If there is an appeal available, it'd be visible within your account settings here: Appeal an offence . You are addressing members of the community here on this sub-forum as Jagex Moderators do not frequent them.

If your '
Account status
' (of your account) has no appeal option and there's no link to submit an appeal there's nothing that can be done here nor anywhere else.

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable, it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.


Your account got lucky, moment of good faith from Jagex/JMods, where you got your penalty revoked but since you afterwards did proof that their first judgement was truthfully right there's no option to revoke your permanent mute once again.
