So I am trying to recover my second account ever created. I just do not remember any of the passwords that were to the account, between the 2 accounts i played im not sure if the passwords i used are for 1 or the other account. both have the same username but only 2 different digits in the name. as for recovery questions i have answered as best i can. i have found old bank statements from my dads bank that has the card number that he used to pay for my membership which i have used in the recovery appeal, yet im still getting declined. I would have thought for sure I was going to get my account back with the payment details dating back to 2006. I have moved out of the house that i created the account at but i have recently moved back so i dont put a change of address at all. im sure the internet provider i put down is correct. I do have reference numbers on the bank statements i have but i dont think that is the payment ID that the appeal form is asking for. the billing address may be to my dads business or my home where i created the account so i have tried typing in both, i feel i have supplied enough vital information and my appeals are getting declined within 20 minutes. i remember specific things which i did on the account. i kept it as a pker while my main account that i stopped playing had too high defence to be a pker. i have tried sending in a ticket but i havent received a response yet, also i only found the bank statements with the credit card numbers on them after i sent in the ticket so im hoping i get a chance to add those into my support ticket once they reply. anything else anyone can help me with?

What reasons are you being given for the deny?
Always check the reasons and try to improve your next attempt based on those reasons.

I recommend trying again with the new information rather than waiting for a reply to the ticket you sent.

If you played the account regularly from another address, you should mention it.
Addresses only need to be town/country. If you live in USA, it needs to be town/state/country.

This kind of information (in-game activity) cannot be used in account recovery.

So in the deny it seems to label every bit of information needed so i'm assuming its just an automated response?
I cant possibly find anymore information on the account. I remember my first password for my first account, its difficult remembering for the second as like anyone else I have changed it multiple times over 20 years of playing across several accounts.
I thought for sure using the FULL credit card numbers on my dads card that is from 2006 would have recovered it for sure, as this card was used to purchase the accounts first recurring membership package, but i do not know the date it started. only that it was in 2006. That and I had given accurate answers on billing and creation of the account address. Its so obvious its my account with those details, who on earth else would have those membership credit card details dating back 20 years. Thanks for the reply, I hope I can find a few more answers to give

The response is only automated if you are receiving it in under five minutes.
If the deny is taking longer than 15 minutes, it will have been generated by a human though they do use a set of pre-prepared responses. Pre-prepared or not, the reasons will contain a list of information you need to improve on your next attempt.

I think you are submitting a correct password if the deny response is taking longer than 15 minutes. Early passwords are much better information than more recent ones.
The credit card number only needs to be the first six and last four numbers on the card.

If you created the account in 2006, any month in that year will be ok for the recovery although the more accurately you can state the month will be better. Two new skills were released in 2006: Construction in May, Hunter in November. Can you remember playing at the time either of these skills were released? That might help narrow your creation month choices.

Don't use a VPN during recovery.
If you are able to submit the recovery from the actual creation address, say that you are doing so in 'Other Comments'.

I'm getting responses in under 15 mins I'd say. I don't think I'm getting an earlier password correct at all as I've been through so many accounts and passwords that I don't know which one is for what. I have checked old screenshots of my account around the lvl 65 mark and I can see that I've already got 30 construction and 19 farming.
I have given the exact address the account is made at, which I am replying from right now as its my current home so that is another thing going for me, but that's about it I guess. I replied to the ticket but I don't think they will read it to be honest.
I could offer to send in my birth certificate which has my name and address as well as my dads name on it with his business name and the bank statement corresponding to it. That is the absolute hardest evidence I have right now if someone would actually review it.

Otherwise I feel I have no shot.
