Hello,

I want to see if I could get a second chance and possibly get unmuted from my main account. (username is Ulka) I understand that I have made bad decisions and have been warned multiple times, I have learned a valuable lesson from this and want to apologize for my actions.

It has been very difficult to interact with people in the game since there is no quick chat option in OSRS. The game isn't the same without a clan to chat with and the people you interact with throughout the RuneScape journey.

I would like to see if a Jagex Moderator would be kind enough to look into my case one last time and see if I could possibly get unmuted and given one last chance to redeem myself.

Offences can be appealed once,

if your appeal is denied the decision is final

Unappealable offences

Where a ban or mute is unappealable,

it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct

and that the account's user is liable for the activity,

so no further appeal is invited.

Since you have received multiple warnings from Jagex/JMods and all were 'unanswered' Jagex/JMods took the decision and permanent muted your account.
You still are able to play RuneScape/OldSchool RuneScape through other accounts you have.
