Hi there
Gamleole6

Firstly, secure your email, device and account to stop the hijacker from gaining access.

Log in and check the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management. If you see any accounts linked in there (including your own) unlink them. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.

To message Billing Support and get the charges reversed, go to the Unknown charge support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.
It does say in there to inform your payment provider though, think carefully about whether you want to go down that path as it may prevent you from being able to use your card to pay Jagex in the future.

To review your account security, work through these instructions: Security tips
You should start by checking for a linked account immediately. Unlinking a linked account might solve the security issue straight away.

I have done all that things now. But what about my rs gold, can i get it back, or is it lost?
Usually Jagex does not replace stolen gp. The reason for this is there is often a degree of "player failure".
You haven't told us what happened but, if you know who is accessing your account, it means you were involved somehow and got burnt by the scammer e.g. get rich quick scheme, power levelling arrangement etc.

You could report the other player and whatever was going on to: [email protected]
Jagex will investigate and track the activity of the other player. You probably aren't the only victim.

If you feel the sum lost is very significant you could try a Lost Items claim anyway and see whether you get a result.
There is a warning on that page about the service being limited. Read the information before you decide whether or not to claim.

Billing Support and real world money being stolen is different though.
Jagex will replace your real world money lost through fraud.
