My account has been hacked into three times in the last 8 months or so My authenticator app stopped working one time when I logged in and so I disabled it and the next time I logged on my bank was drained. I reset up two factor and changed my password. The same thing happened about 2 months later when I logged in. So I switched to the Jagex launcher and made a new password again. Each time I did this I had to set up a new bank pin because they disabled it. I ended up setting up the Jagex account because I logged in one day and my bank pin was requested to be deleted and it was not me that requested it. And I was pretty good about logging in at least twice a week to make sure that if someone tried to disable the PIN I would catch it even after switching to the Jagex launcher. I don't have the account linked with anything I play on mobile sometimes. I've checked my computer for malware and key loggers and also checked my phone. Any help is appreciated 👍

Hi there
KNURT69

Have you had any problems since upgrading to a Jagex Account?
If you haven't, you may have solved the problem already.
Upgrading makes you set a new login and gives a chance to set something completely new and unknown to the hijacker.

Have you checked the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management?
The hijacker may have set up their own linked account and you should unlink any linked account you see.
Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.

Each time your Bank PIN was getting deleted, was your Authenticator being disabled as well?
If the hijacker was disabling your Auth and then requesting that your Bank PIN be deleted, it means your email was insecure.
Have you checked the security of your email? I recommend you change your email password to something brand new and never used before.

The https://haveibeenpwned.com/ website is good for checking if your email/password combo has been leaked through a major website hack but it won't be useful if your hijack was something small scale e.g. you being individually phished.
