My friend while we were hanging out the other night thought it would be funny to change my username on here while I wasnt looking.
Is there anyway this can be reversed or do I have to wait?

Wasn't sure where else to possibly get help on this. Thanks.

Unfortunately JMods do not provide support for display name issues.
You get one free name change every 28 days. If you can't wait, you can redeem a Bond for an 'early name change' to change it sooner.

Just note that changing the name back has to be done from outside the game. Changing back to the previous name cannot be done inside the game.
