How do I turn my Steam account into a Jagex account? I need to reset my password but it wont let me do it unless it's a jagex account?
If I try to follow the online web instructions I get either an error message or a message saying this feature isn't currently available. So wtf Jagex? Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.

Like I said, I tried going the proper rout and I get either an error message or if I go another rout I get a message saying the page is currently unavailable or something like that. Jagex is clueless apparently. Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.

ok how do I post a screen shot? I hit the "print screen" key and when I come here and press the "imgur" button over there on the right it just gives me a [imgur src=] I don't know how to post it. Sorry. Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.

So apparently I'm really dumb because I don't get the directions for "How to, Upload an Image" either. I don't see what they say I should see so Maybe this will work?

I click the "Continue" button and I get this:

All right. Let's see if these steps work for you:

Since you a Steam account, follow the steps below:

1. Head to
https://www.jagex.com/en-GB/accounts

2. Click on "UPGRADE NOW".
3. Log in with the Steam Icon and enter your Steam credentials if prompted.
4. You'll then see the Steam character that you wish to import. If that's the correct one, then click on "Start" to commence the process.
5. You will then be prompted to create a new Jagex Account. If you do not have a Jagex Account, then create one first and then you will be able to add the Steam account to the newly created Jagex Account .
6. If you do already have a Jagex Account, then you will have to click on the
"Already signed up? Log in here"
in order to log into the Jagex Account and then you will be able to transfer the Steam account in question .
