greetings,

i havent played for +- 1 year now
when i returned it turnes out my acount got hacked and banned for using thirth party software.

i did an apeal for unban but they refused it for some reason,
is there any way to get my acount back that i have played for years and spend insane amount of hours in it to grind/ level

seems a bit unfair that someone hacks ur acount and u fully lose it couse of a perma ban ,

if your appeal is denied the decision is final

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable,
it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct
and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.


It is a '
players' responsibility
' to check their accounts security if it is up to the max level of safety and even when absent, it is your responsibility that your account is safe/kept safe.
There's nothing more to do as Jagex/JMods will not send a new appeal in the future.
