What is the best way? I tried a few months ago, but I am now in the hospital finding it boring focusing on early game stuff because I was at around 50m total xp end game stuff. They tell me not enough information still living in the same city. I own the email it was created on tho' a friend (online) tried hacking me so I changed emails then the company erased it for breaking terms (on the email site). Not sure what to do or what can be done.

I do not even know the name of the account, just the email because I was changing alias a lot before that.

I could be wrong but the community led account help forum might be the more appropriate place to get slightly more helpful people than me ;)

You could also try tweeting JagexSupport on twitter.

All the best with that :)

Hi there
yt73

Is the email you know the login email?
If so, head to the link 333333333 posted above and follow the instructions under "If you don't have access to your account" .

If you aren't sure of the login, you will need to start on the Forgotten login support page as you need to get the login correct before starting recovery.

Not knowing the display name isn't a problem in account recovery because everything jumps off from the login, not from the display name.
Anyway, the reply you get from Jagex will tell you the display name, even if your recovery is unsuccessful.

You said you are in hospital so, I assume you are recovering from a location you have never played the account from. Your best chance is to recover from a location you regularly played the game from.

Have a read of the tips on the Account recovery denied support page.
Ask your family if they can help with some of the information e.g. creation ISP.
Post back and tell us how quickly the deny email arrives after you submit your recovery.

The whole recovery system feels so unhuman, it's almost too stressful to try a third time. I used the original two passwords (always had them until a few months ago). I can find the ISP but not the creation one because I was in and out of places and started on mobile (may be that info could help, although I don't remember the cell provider either just the fact I started on mobile). I have the login email, just not the current connected one because of changing it.

It took about 12+ hours to receive an email and it showed me the name which is MilitantMads now (I did that, using a bond). I also remember buying three bonds after Christmas because they had gone down to 6m (45 days of members).

The name was MilitantMads because I feel there are so many militant madmen in this world who dislike being ordinary (flat-earthers, etc). Also I used to be ranked in "Bible Chat" back with the names Bobzahicks and also PilgrmsPrgrs and they can vouch for me that I'm the same person. I gave away 100's of mills to that chat, and attended virtual church with them and everything lol, and gave them Discord boosts.

Taking that long to get a reply is an encouraging sign!
It means you do have a good amount of information, you just need to work on it a bit and you will succeed.

Take careful note of the reasons they are giving in the deny email.
Work on the information you are putting into the 'Other Comments' box.
Other Comments should be used to list:
* names of other accounts you own and played from the same location
* address changes during the life of the account (town/country only. If you live in USA it should be town/state/country)
* emails you have had linked to the account
* additional payments you made e.g. Bonds
* mention you created the account on mobile

Anything that happened in-game cannot be used in a recovery. Being vouched for isn't helpful. You have to prove you created the account, not that you have had access to it.
Keep trying!
