Hello! As stated above, My original email has been hacked. Which has resulted in many items missing from my runescape account now. I have been denied 3 times now trying to change my email. I have more than enough information supplied, google account that is paying for my bonds, and times when the bonds were purchased. So why am i continuiing to be denied? I can stilll log in perfectly fine, so why cant i change my email? I have screenshots of the pay information, can line it up with my bank statements as well.

To succeed at recovery, you need to prove that you created the account.
You might be supplying information that proves you have had access to the account but that isn't what Jagex want.

If you have game login access, talk to Hans in Lumbridge. Hans will tell you exactly how old the account is and you can calculate the month/year of creation.
Do you know the creation ISP? If not, can you ask a family member if they remember it?
You should know the creation location. It only needs to be town/country. If you live in USA, it needs to be town/state/country.

If the account is an old one, recent information has little value. You need to go right back to the creation/early years of the account.
Have a read of the Account recovery denied support page for some tips about the information Jagex want to see.

Yep, have stated location and everything. Talked to Hans and might be on a better direction now. Realized now after this post, this was an older account that i had to recover from the depths when i got back into OSRS. Going to give this a try and see if this improves. Thanks for the helpful insight, and next post will hopefully be a good update!
