I recently had to recover my account after having it hijacked. Big shout out to Mod Beano for helping me get back into it!!

This has been a stressful series events, but I'm glad to have me account back safe and secure. I've followed all the steps in the guidelines for securing my email, password and authenticator. The only thing left is the bankpin. The hijacker switched my bankpin and I'm locked out of it for at least 7 days before I can change it. I can't redeem bonds or do anything on my account at the moment really. Is there any J-mod who can help me resolve this a bit sooner? If I have to wait the 7 days I guess it isn't the end of the world, but I just took a big break from runescape due to taking some summer classes to finish a degree and am itching to play my account again.

Unfortunately, you will have to wait out the 7 days.
Bank PINs are coded in so securely, even JMods cannot access them to alter or remove them.

You can use the Bank Deposit Boxes to deposit gathered items during the time.
