More irony that you expect that a J-mod will answer you here. They don't, they're rarely around. The forums isn't a place to appeal bans or mutes, Jagex has they're own internal place for you to do that. Yet you still wished to send up a signal flare here.

While you still have better odds of a J-mod actually seeing your post than you do of winning the lottery. The odds are slim at best. Ever since social media became more of a thing. The J-mods have been posting here less and less.

As using the forums with their J-mod accounts requires they be in the office. You'd need the right department to see it. Which they don't use the forums as they're dealing with the queue of mute / ban appeals.

So all in all is the reason why I say people that post here are looking to garner sympathy with the player base as were the ones that still use the forums. The J-mods have pretty much moved to platforms they can respond to everyone and anyone at any time of day from their mobile devices. Not that you can appeal on any of those platforms either.

For information on bans and mutes, what types may be appealed and how to appeal them, please see the Appeal an offence page in the Support Centre.

If the offense on your account is appealable, that is the only way to make an appeal.

As the Forums may not be used to appeal or protest account bans or mutes, this thread is closed.
