Please can anyone tell me if there is a Telephone number for Jagex Ltd UK as I want to contact them and speak with a real person about an issue of not being able to log into either of my 2 accounts since changing from Runescape account to Jagex account yesterday.

Jagex's phone number hasn't been made public in the past 16 years. After the wilderness removal initially. They got flooded with so many calls / emails that they went to strictly using the support center for fielding any issues we as players might have.

How were you logging in before.

With a bit more information we may be able to guide you to where it all went sideways.

Whatever email address you used to set up the Jagex account is now your login for the game. You'll log into the Jagex account and from there choose which character / characters you wish to launch.

I have now managed to access my 2nd account and play the game on it. I have exported and linked my main account but cannot find where to access the game using this account. Any advice on where I am able to access the account

Download the Jagex Launcher and use it.

examples mine used to be a username login but now it's not but for this example I'll use some fake email addresses.

original login for this account...
[email protected]


Now creates an official jagex account and chooses my email address
[email protected]


[email protected] is now my login for all my characters I have linked to it regardless of what the original logins were.
