hi I've been trying for two days to disable my authenticator on one of my accounts
I've tried to recover the account , and I receive those emails from jagex saying it's been denied.
I just can't receive the authenticator disable email.
I've tried recovery but they email me back as denied when it's literally the email I use for tons of other rs accounts. .

I've done account recovery, the only thing I didn't put was transaction I.d's

I don't understand how I can't recover it or get the disable authenticator email

Work through the points on the Not receiving emails support page to try to get that disable Auth email to arrive.

If it just won't arrive and you need to do a recovery, make sure you are identifying the account correctly , meaning using the correct login. It's login will be an email but if the account was created 2010 or before, its login will be a username.

Submit a different email to be the new registered email for your account.
Are you checking the reasons for the deny?
How long does it take to get a response after you submit your recovery form?

They been responding in about 4-12 hours each time.

I've seen sent a recovery with basic info .
Then another one .
And the third time I provided transaction i.d's.

I did accidentally summit a recovery request with a a wrong email.
I'm pretty sure I disabled my authenticator on it before but to be honest I don't see a email confirming I did years ago.

all I get is password reset is denied email.
I've tried that thing to send a link to my registered email a ton of times
And waited and waited and got nothing


This account is the email I use for that account , so I dunno how I'm being denied
I've bought countless bonds / membership.

yeah im not getting the disable e-mail on my account .

ive submitted information from the start of my account .

' of said account because if not it continues to be denied attempt after attempt.


its my account man , they easily switched over bonds from my iron man to the account im trying to recover over a year ago with ease .

ive recovered 335599 from a hacker who was botting revs few years back with limited information . being this difficult is ridiculous

( theres nothing of value on the account im trying to recover )
( incase anyone wondering just got banned on 335599 lol) yet this post aint locked .
