Please someone help my account sent me through tortorial island it let me log back in I haven’t been on in awhile may have been 2 or so years maybe longer I know I logged in for like 30 min before to see if I still had my stuff and it’s all gone years of progress

Hey, bond_19.

Are you sure that you are logging into the correct account AND correct version of RuneScape? For accounts created prior to November 2010, the account will have an username as a login that cannot be changed; for accounts created after November 2010, the account will have an email address as a login that also cannot be changed.
