But i can't login on that account because its locked.
And when u need to recover u get a e-mail.
But i don't get that e-mail on that e-mail adress.
I wrote 3 weeks ago a appeal but still i don't have a answer from jagex.

I did this part ones a week but i still i don't get any mail or response.
I flagged this thread and your Tmx WC account for a JMod to check what is happening.
The JMod said that a successful appeal was submitted two days ago and an email was sent out that allows the password to be reset.
If you have not received that email, it means you are registering an email you don't have access to.
You need to submit an email you have access to for it to be the new registered email.
At the top of the recovery form you get asked to enter an email you have access to and then re-type that email. That email will become the new registered email. Don't submit an old, inaccesible email at the top of the form.
